Delete your account in the app when possible, or contact support if you can no longer sign in.

Important subscription warning

Deleting your Stizone account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the store that bills you.

Delete in the app — recommended

Sign in, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, read the explanation, confirm the checkbox, and complete the permanent deletion action. This is the fastest route because your session proves account ownership.

What account deletion removes

The account, private Cloud Backup files and metadata, account profile data, and other account-linked records are deleted or anonymized as required by the service.

What stays on the device

Local stickers and local My Stickers packs remain on the device. Delete them separately from the app or device storage if you no longer want them.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@stizone.com from an address you control. Include enough non-secret information to identify the account. Support may need to verify ownership before processing a request.
